A Change of Heart
The Theraplay Clinic is a non-profit mental health organization based in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. They specialize in Theraplay, a play therapy that strengthens parent-child attachment. As a way to raise funds for scholarships and increase access to their services, they hosted A Change of Heart: Fall Art Fundraiser. The event featured a marketplace of 10 local artists, a silent auction, open bar, and catered appetizers.
I was brought in to develop a playful, illustrative branding system designed to allure community members and evoke the fun nature of the clinic’s work. This included the logo, color scheme, illustrations, and design elements. Using this framework, I created the web page, posters, wayfinding signage, and print media.
